Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $115,000 – $130,000 (CAD) per year.

What You'Ll Do

Lead a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible maintenance operation, ensuring all safety, health, and environmental standards are followed.
Manage and develop the maintenance team, including supervision, training, communication, performance support, and hiring activities.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs using industry best practices, technology, and CMMS tools to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and resources, including work orders, spare parts inventory, maintenance supplies, and equipment records.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing maintenance performance, managing projects, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.

5 years of experience in wood products manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment
5 years of experience leading a team
Bilingualism in French and English
Comfortable using MS Office and CMMS
