Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $83,000 - $105,000 (USD) per year.

Highlights of the Role

• Champion: Foster a strong safety culture and ensure everyone follows safe work practices.
• Manage: Oversee and evaluate key safety programs (lockout/tagout, mobile equipment, contractor safety).
• Educate: Lead EHS training, orientations, and compliance certifications for all staff.
• Audit: Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections, incident investigations, and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate: Support Safety Committee activities, emergency preparedness, and maintain accurate records and regulatory reporting.

• Collaborative: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized: Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail.
• Communicative: Clearly and professionally engage with all stakeholders.
• Qualified: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, plus 5+ years of EHS experience.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
