Maintenance Skilled Technician - Day Shift

• Associates Degree from college or technical school or 3 to 5 years direct related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Forklift; man lift; valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills; mechanical aptitude; fabrication skills helpful; PLC and HMI skills helpful; good reasoning skills; good problem solving skills.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
• Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database, activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.

The expected pay range for this role is $28.00 – $32.00 per hour .

Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
