Responsibilities
- Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and machinery
- Inspect tools and equipment visually and transport equipment as needed
- Identify and operate all shut off valves and disconnect switches
- Maintain inventory and order parts and supplies as needed
- Perform surface preparation and painting, minor drywall and woodwork repairs, and replace light bulbs and air conditioner filters
- Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, and electrical components
- Program televisions and perform general engineering maintenance and inventory
- Use Lockout/Tagout system before performing maintenance
- Perform repairs on interior and exterior gardens and irrigation systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- General maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

- Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, electrical components, and guest room items
- Program televisions and perform general engineering maintenance and inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- General maintenance experience required
- Hotel engineering/maintenance experience valued
- Valid driver's license required
