Maintenance Mechanic

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 pounds.

• Frequent use of hands and power tools to repair, adjust, or maintain equipment.

• May be required to climb ladders, work at heights, or access confined spaces.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.

• Primarily works in a manufacturing or production setting with exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, heat, and varying temperatures.

• May occasionally work in outdoor areas or non-climate-controlled environments.

• Follows all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Work schedule may include overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as needed to support production operations.

This position offers hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, helping ensure smooth production operations and consistent product quality. You’ll build valuable technical skills that support long-term growth in manufacturing and maintenance leadership.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $28.00-$31.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
