Role Description
The Maintenance Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a flexible arrangement that allows for some work from home.
The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring preventive maintenance, managing repair tasks, and upholding compliance with safety standards to ensure the smooth operation of YAMG facilities.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead maintenance teams effectively
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Experience in Maintenance Management with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance processes
- Technical certifications or training in maintenance-related fields is a plus
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely as required
