Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Sharjah with opportunities for remote work.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, overseeing lead generation efforts, analyzing web traffic data, and optimizing marketing strategies for improved performance.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the organization’s goals and vision are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing, including creating and executing online campaigns
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and understanding of various platforms
- Expertise in Lead Generation and audience targeting strategies
- Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools to monitor and improve campaign performance
- General Marketing skills and the ability to strategize effectively
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model
- Experience in youth-focused campaigns or organizations is a plus
