• Cold Lake, Alberta Compensation: $85.00/hour + 2 weeks' annual vacation + Benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday (with additional support as required) Employment Type: Employee or Contractor

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Perform hands-on maintenance work as required.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of boilers, rotating equipment, and auxiliary systems.
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, and scheduling requirements.
• Coordinate contractors and external service providers when necessary.
• Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in turbo machinery and industrial mechanical systems.
• Experience working with boiler and steam generation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in industrial maintenance environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
