Requirements

- Strong knowledge of AFC equipment, preventive/corrective maintenance, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and manage performance effectively.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in maintenance operations.
- Competence in evaluating system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Strong ability to liaise with staff, stakeholders, and management.
- Aptitude for handling unscheduled repairs and operational challenges under pressure.

Overview
- The Maintenance and Inspectors Supervisor for the AFC system is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and performance of maintenance technicians and inspectors assigned to Automatic Fare Collection equipment.
- This role ensures that all maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks are executed promptly, safely, and to high standards.
Your Role
- Daily Supervision: Oversee maintenance technicians and inspectors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Work Planning: Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and set priorities to minimize downtime and revenue impacts.
- Training & Safety: Train staff on proper work methods, safety procedures, and compliance standards.

About You
