At Danfoss, we're looking for a proactive and technically strong Engineer – Maintenance (Electrical) to help ensure the reliability, availability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will maintain and improve electrical, mechanical and automation systems across our production facilities, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your contribution will maximize equipment uptime, enhance operational efficiency, and help deliver high-quality products while supporting our journey toward operational excellence.
Drive preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for electrical equipment across Plate, Gasket, and PHE Assembly value streams.
Ensure high equipment reliability by minimizing downtime through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Lead electrical maintenance projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve plant performance.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, LOTO, and Danfoss EHS policies.
Drive Continuous Improvement (DBS/Lean/TPM) initiatives to improve equipment performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, hydraulic presses, utilities, and automation equipment.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, root cause analysis, and electrical safety standards.
