Job Purpose
Ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and safety of production and utility equipment.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Two to five years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience with calibration, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with RX laboratory equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with ERP or maintenance management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Maintenance Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform routine checks on lens manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues and perform timely repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance, efficiency, and defect rates.
- Perform daily equipment preparation, calibration, and technical measurements.
- Follow safety regulations and company maintenance protocols.
- Maintain maintenance, equipment performance, and spare-parts records.
- Support facility maintenance contractors as required.
