Build strong relationships with MAGRABI store staff by carrying out customer service activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two to five years of relevant proven experience in a similar function.
- SAP experience.
Skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and computer skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships with store staff through a positive and professional approach.
- Process orders accurately within agreed time frames while maintaining timeliness, quality, and efficiency.
- Share product information and best practices with team members to improve service levels.
- Provide over-the-phone technical support.
- Support logistics activities to achieve optimum service levels and build sustainable relationships of trust.
- Verify sales and purchase orders according to agreed processes.
- Manage sales and delivery reports and provide order status updates to stores.
- Monitor order delivery lead times for each country to ensure efficiency and consistency across regions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining quality, satisfaction, and professionalism.
- Manage quality issue reports and implement corrective long-term actions.
