Role Overview
The incumbent is expected to lead and supervise craft electrical and mechanical employees as well as provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions.
He or she will also provide technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft employees.
The selected candidate may also lead a small team of production employees.
The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance background with verifiable, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment.
Candidates with supervisory experience, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are strongly desired.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the motivation to learn all mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, and manufacturing aspects of plant operations.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will:
- Supervising electrical craft, mechanical craft and production employees within the department, acting as a resource for maintenance guidance to craft and other manufacturing personnel.
- Providing technical maintenance support for assigned areas.
- Executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
- Coordinate repairs with customers to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
- Following up on equipment issues and developing technical problem-solving solutions.
- Providing on-call responses to remedy critical maintenance situations.
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods, working hand in hand with craft employees.
- Adhering to Arconic EH&S, quality, continuous improvement and other company policies.
- Assuming other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as required
- Also note:
- This role reports to the Maintenance Area Coordinator.
