Responsibilities
- Receive and log maintenance requests into the system
- Assign work orders to in house maintenance technicians
- Arrange required materials through approved vendors
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
- Communicate regularly with residents, clients, and internal staff regarding the status of maintenance requests
- Escalate critical emergencies, unresolved issues, or recurring complaints to the Maintenance Manager
- Collect and record customer feedback after repairs to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities coordination, or an administrative role within maintenance operations
- Basic understanding of building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and maintenance terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, vendors, and senior management
- Must have knowledge of Dubai Roads to plan staff deployment
- Ability to speak Urdu/Hindi, English, and Arabic (preferable)

Position Overview
