Additional Responsibilities (Pouring Dept.)
- Manage and process the receipt of chemicals in both SAP and PSM, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with internal procedures.
- Post daily chemical consumption in SAP, identify and clear any back-flushed chemicals to maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular Chemical inventory checks, perform physical stock verification, and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual stock.
- Identify and resolve incorrect chemical postings in PSM and SAP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in chemical tracking.
- Review and interpret pouring-related documents, ensuring proper filing and archiving for traceability and compliance.
- Training will be provided.

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- SAP experience is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
