- Proven experience in maintenance, technical services, or facility management sales within the UAE
- Strong ability to generate maintenance contracts and secure service projects independently
- Good understanding of maintenance operations including MEP, civil, plumbing, electrical, AC, and general repair works
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong networking and business development capabilities
- Valid UAE driving license
- Familiarity with UAE maintenance market and property sector is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented personality
