Role Overview
The Maintenance Associate performs maintenance activities under direct supervision and helps ensure equipment is delivered on time for operational demand.
The role supports maintenance efficiency, productivity, Cost of Service Delivery, and asset availability within a reliability or maintenance facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
- Follow the Maintenance Program and accurately record maintenance-related data in Technology Lifecycle Management business systems.
- Comply with SLB and divisional Technology Lifecycle Management standards.
- Build competency through the Technology Lifecycle Management Competency Management System and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Diploma or technical experience.
