Maintenance Apprentice (Millwright 433A)

• Technical Foundation: Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems appropriate to apprenticeship level.
• Troubleshooting Support: Ability to assist in identifying equipment issues and learning root-cause analysis techniques.
• Preventive Maintenance Awareness: Familiarity with PM concepts and maintenance best practices.
• Safety Focus: Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to complete work orders and maintenance records accurately.
• Communication: Clear communication with supervisors, journeypersons, and production teams.
• Learning Agility: Willingness to learn, take direction, and apply feedback in a fast-paced environment.

• Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent. Registered Millwright 433A Apprentice . Must be in 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of apprenticeship .

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of related industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience consistent with apprenticeship level. Exposure to CNC, automated, or high-volume production equipment is considered an asset.

Languages: English required.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Work Environment: Manufacturing shop floor.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
