Mainline Operator

We are seeking an experienced Mainline Operator to join our Civil Division as soon as possible.

This role is essential to the successful completion of our civil construction projects, including underground utility installations, earthworks, and site development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating heavy equipment on mainline underground projects safely, efficiently, and accurately.

• Operate heavy equipment for mainline underground construction, including excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, sloping, and material handling.
• Perform mainline excavation for underground utilities, including water, sewer, and other underground infrastructure.
• Excavate safely and accurately around existing underground utilities, pipelines, structures, and other infrastructure.
• Maintain proper trench depth, grade, and alignment according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Work closely with pipe crews, supervisors, grade personnel, and other operators to maintain production and complete work safely.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is operating safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company policies and safety requirements.
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.

• Previous experience as a Mainline Operator in civil and underground construction is required.
• Strong experience operating excavators and other heavy equipment on underground/mainline projects.
• Experience with water, sewer, and underground utility installations is preferred.
