We are hiring a detail-oriented Mailroom Document Processor to support a fast-paced financial services team.

This role is an in-person, onsite role that requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Employees will be responsible for the sorting, prepping, and scanning of up to two thousand (2000) insurance claims and documentation that come into our mailroom daily.
May be required to provide data entry for said documents into our clients’ system log for most or all your scheduled workday.
Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment such as removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims.
Claims will need to be placed into bins, which is based on the sorting rules and policies.
May be responsible for processing and logging up to seven hundred (700) checks daily into our clients’ system-strong attention to detail and data entry skills is required.

1st shift work schedule and no weekends!

Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary for this role is $18.00.
