Machining - CNC Operator 3rd shift

We're looking for a Chemical Process Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team.

In this hands-on role, you'll support the production and repair of critical aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements.

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:30 PM-7:00 AM Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

• Operate equipment and support chemical processing operations
• Prepare and mix materials according to process requirements
• Modify and process parts to meet production specifications
• Inspect work using measuring and inspection tools
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and process controls
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
