Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned machinery and equipment to support efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Follow safety procedures, operating instructions, and site requirements while keeping equipment in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify unusual sounds, faults, or malfunctions.
- Follow operating procedures, manufacturer instructions, and safety regulations.
- Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
- Report equipment breakdowns, defects, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Handle and use tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Maintain daily operation and equipment inspection records.
- Follow HSE and site safety requirements and use appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other operators to complete assigned work.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
