Machine Technician

Pro-Active Engineering, a leader in Printed Circuit Board assembly, has an opening for a Machine Technician .

The Machine Technician programs, operates, and maintains automated production equipment.

The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

• Adhere to the company's ISO Quality Management System.
• Program automated production equipment.
• Run and operate automated production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on automated production equipment
• Troubleshoot automated production equipment either through personal knowledge or communicating with the manufacturers of the equipment.
• Order and maintain stock for spare parts of the automated production equipment
• Train machine operators on how to appropriately operate the automated production equipment.
• Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to working near moving mechanical parts and caustic fumes or airborne particles.
