• Training for 3 to 6 months: 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Mon - Thu, Fri & Sat as needed

Responsibilities

• Commit to daily perfect attendance through the training program
• Participate fully in the training program
• Learn to use appropriate tools including measurements tools
• Learn to operate and set-up equipment
• Learn to read and understand blueprints and job specs
• Learn to check parts for surface discontinuities
• Learn to weld wire
• Participate in 5S housekeeping
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Additional skills and/or experience required for success in the role

• Mechanically inclined
• Able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screw drivers, etc.
• Possess basic computer skills
• Able to commit to perfect attendance during the training schedule
• Able to read job instructions
• Able to complete required paperwork
• Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, and sit as needed throughout the day
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Able to successfully complete the pre employment requirements
