Main Job Responsibilities
- Run, monitor, and control manufacturing machines to produce products efficiently and within specifications.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
- Adhere to production timelines and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Accurately record production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide basic technical advice regarding surface preparation, paint application, and aftercare
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good English language.
