Work Schedule : 12-hour shifts (4:15 pm to 4:30 am) following a 2-2-3 schedule (Week one: two days on, two days off, three days on.

Week two: two days off, two days on, three days off) resulting in built-in overtime pay and having every-other weekend off-work.
