Machine Operator Night Shift

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Examples of key duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature.
• Proven track record of operating multiple machines simultaneously.
• Ability to run up to, but not limited to, three machines at one time and maintain a constant pace of filling product between machines.
• Clean all machines as required by department procedures.
• Perform all necessary quality checks.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and all required documentation.
• Assist other positions within the department as needed.
• Follow all safety, machine rules, and procedures.
• Sort out all defective products before packing.
• Assure the correct product code/labels are on the box.
• Correctly pack the product into the proper packaging per the Dispo. Tape boxes neatly and securely.
• Place boxes on the proper skid with the correct amount of cases per layer and per skid.
• Wrap all completed skids.
• Maintain required levels of raw materials at all times for up to eight machines.
• Set up all the supplies need to begin production.
• Remove all trash, corrugated, and recycle from the designated section.recycle, and bulk materials.
• Keep area safe and clean by assisting with sweeping of the designated section.
• Communicate to Lead of any quality or sealer problems
• Complete all special projects and/or assignments as directed by the lead or supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
