Machine Operator

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate machinery according to instructions. Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments. Inspect products for quality and report defects. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Record production data and report issues. Follow safety and operational procedures. Skills & Qualifications May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role. Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. Willingness to learn and work in a team environment. Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus.
