We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join the Arnott's team at our Virginia bakery.

This role is ideal for someone with experience operating machinery in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment who remains calm under pressure, takes pride in producing quality work, and enjoys solving problems. You'll be responsible for operating packing machinery and feeding product on the line, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production outcomes.

What Your Day Looks Like

Set up, perform changeovers, operate, and troubleshoot equipment in line with Arnott's Safety, Quality, and Performance Standards.
