- Assure compliance of safety, quality, production and environment objectives
- Respect all safety work instructions (SWI)
- Guarantee the well functioning of the production line regarding personnel, raw material and machinery
- Look after the cleanness in working area
- Commit to KPIs subjected by management (Waste, Delay & Change over time, Material control)
- Comply with break time as planned by line leader
- Report accidents and incidents in work place
- Apply and communicate best machine settings and practices to Centreline champion
- Produce quality product as per specs provided
- Apply timely checks for the product for reports and for product inspection complete report formats honestly
Requirements
- Knowledge of safety work instructions (SWI)
- Knowledge of quality specifications for finished product
- Understanding of composition, functions, and common problems of machine stations
