About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GRP / FRP Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating and monitoring GRP/FRP manufacturing machinery and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor GRP/FRP production machines and equipment.
- Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
- Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to required dimensions, quality and specifications.
- Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Follow all company HSE and production procedures.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in GRP / FRP manufacturing or machine operation.
- Experience operating GRP/FRP production machinery is preferred.
- Good understanding of GRP/FRP materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read basic production instructions/drawings.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Good discipline, teamwork and attention to detail.
- UAE/GCC manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
Preference
Candidates with hands-on experience in GRP/FRP pipe, grating, profiles, tanks or other composite product manufacturing will be preferred.
