- Operate and monitor production equipment throughout the job run.
- Load materials such as envelopes, letters, flyers, and other printed materials into machines.
- Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform quality checks to ensure jobs meet customer and postal requirements.
- Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Ensure jobs are completed accurately and within scheduled deadlines.
- Follow USPS regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, leads, and supervisors to maintain a smooth production workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; paid training provided.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
