- Digital File Preparation Oversee intake and preflight of customer files (PDFs, native Adobe files, etc.) for compatibility with digital and offset presses. Ensure accurate imposition, file optimization, and alignment with production specs (color space, bleeds, margins, resolution). Prepare files for digital print jobs including short runs, on-demand jobs, high-volume variable data print (VDP) as well as outsourced components.

- Quality Assurance Assist in creating, executing, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs). Oversee file processing and revision completion to maintain accuracy and quality standards. Utilize color management tools to maintain consistent color reproduction between proofing and production devices.
