Maintain safe working conditions in area of influence, document and correct acts or conditions.
Set, align, and secure dies
Set up ram strokes
Set up required sensing, support equipment and instruments for feeders, lubrication, air, part ejection and sensors
Program required sensing, support equipment and instruments for feeders, lubrication, air, part ejection and sensors
Adjust/Set Counterbalance
Troubleshoot machine issues, diagnose symptoms, isolate the root cause, and present solutions
Participate on 8D/Root Cause/Problem Solving Teams
Assist with the inspection of die (when required) upon completion of job
Account for steel usage (as required) and accurately record piecework formed
Write and update work instructions
Provide or direct team member training
