Job Summary
Join our production team at Intervala , where precision, quality, and innovation drive everything we do. We’re seeking a Machine Operator to perform key assembly operations and operate specialized equipment that supports our electronics manufacturing processes. This is an opportunity to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
- Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems, singulation machines, and begin training on wave solder machinery.
- Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware.
- Identify and address defects in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards (all classes).
- Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Follow all company policies and expectations outlined in the General Requirements for Team Members.
What You Bring
Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using basic tools and testing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable handling small, intricate parts and performing repetitive tasks.
