Workplace Platform team

The Workplace Platform Team act as a key technology partner for Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities, productivity platforms, governance, adoption and secure digital solutions across the organisation :

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 collaboration, productivity, automation and employee experience use cases.
• Partner with IT product owners and platform teams to ensure standards are followed across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, security, compliance and collaboration platforms.
• Support innovation, adoption and governance across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT architecture, security, service operations, vendors and Microsoft 365 delivery teams.

Reporting to the Head of IT - Workplace , you will provide hands-on architecture leadership for Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration services.

The role will shape the design, governance, integration, adoption and support model for Microsoft 365 capabilities used across business productivity and digital collaboration services.

The successful candidate will be a senior technical specialist who can work with business stakeholders, architects, engineers and service teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable and supportable Microsoft 365 solutions.

The role requires strong depth across Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Copilot/Copilot Studio, Purview, Defender and Entra ID.
