LVR Regional Manager

Location

• Field-based across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi – The candidate must live within the territory, and be reasonably close to a major airport.

Travel Requirements

• 50% Within Region

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills • Understanding of CHEP’s Asset Management strategies • Familiarity with current LTL/Route optimization strategies • Familiarity with DOT Regulations • Ability to lead complex regional transportation execution plans • Comfortable with making adjustments to established plans “on-the-fly” • Strong communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated • Customer focused • Familiar with CHEP’s supply chain and general strategy • Able to easily communicate logistical challenges with other business functions • Comfortable providing direction to indirect reports • Ability to create and execute a vision within a new solutions environment
• Experience • High School Diploma Required • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred • 3-5+ years People Leadership Experience • 3+ years of P&L management/ownership • Development of Performance Reporting/KPI program • Customer-facing Issue Resolution preferred • Development of a new team or business unit • Leadership of significant process change impacting 50+ front line employees
