About the role

ABH Real Estate is expanding its team in Doha and is seeking real estate professionals for rental and sales activities.

The role focuses on building client relationships and supporting property transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand prospective tenants' needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Conduct property tours highlighting property features and neighborhood benefits.
  • Facilitate lease agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Guide clients through rental documentation and support legal compliance.
  • Maintain networks with landlords, developers, and colleagues.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal capabilities are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Multilingual abilities are preferred.
