Role Overview
ABH Real Estate is expanding its sales division in Doha and seeking experienced professionals with a proven background in real estate sales.
The role focuses on advising clients and selling exclusive off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand unique client requirements and deliver bespoke property solutions.
- Conduct impactful, professional presentations of exclusive off-plan properties.
- Manage accurate paperwork and compliance through every transaction stage.
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry peers.
- Provide ongoing market insights, updates, and expert advisory.
- Guide clients from initial consultation to final contract execution.
- Continuously source and onboard high-quality off-plan properties.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in real estate sales is required.
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, and interpersonal capabilities are required.
- An independent mindset and polished, professional demeanor are required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
