Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the full real estate cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising on buying, selling, and leasing options
- Maintain an up to date understanding of local market trends
- Prepare property proposals, manage listings, and coordinate with internal teams
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional advice on property values and investment opportunities
- Support clients through negotiations and documentation
- Contribute to sales targets and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Represent PSI at property events, open houses, and client meetings
Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Consulting skills to advise clients on market conditions, pricing, investment options
- Previous experience in real estate or property consulting in the UAE market is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an asset
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work collaboratively

Role Description
- Guide clients through the full real estate cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising on buying, selling, and leasing options.
- Maintain an up to date understanding of local market trends, preparing property proposals, managing listings, and coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and listing teams.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide professional advice on property values and investment opportunities, and support clients through negotiations and documentation.
- Contribute to sales targets, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and represent PSI at property events, open houses, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Consulting skills to advise clients on market conditions, pricing, investment options, and suitable properties based on their goals.
- Previous experience in real estate or property consulting in the UAE market is highly preferred; knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai communities is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an asset.
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
