Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high end residential and commercial properties
- Prospect, generate leads, and manage client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and prepare documentation in line with UAE real estate regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, mortgage) for accurate listings and marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Achieve sales and leasing targets in the luxury segment
Requirements
- Basic to advanced Finance skills related to property transactions, ROI analysis, and mortgage or investment comparisons
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a target driven environment, manage multiple leads, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity, with a presentable and confident demeanor suitable for the luxury market
- Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage, but motivated freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome

Role Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high end residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Conduct property viewings, present investment opportunities, negotiate offers, and prepare documentation in line with UAE real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage) to ensure accurate property listings, effective marketing campaigns, and a smooth client experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and achieve sales and leasing targets in the luxury segment.
Qualifications
- Basic to advanced Finance skills related to property transactions, ROI analysis, and mortgage or investment comparisons.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills, with the ability to build trust based relationships with diverse clients.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage, especially Arabic.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment, manage multiple leads, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
