Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present luxury real estate options that meet clients’ needs and investment goals
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Prepare and submit offers, and negotiate terms to close sales
- Maintain up to date listings, coordinate with developers and internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales process
- Provide high quality customer service, build long term client relationships, and represent PSI professionally at all times
Requirements
- Strong capability in Real Estate Sales and general Sales, with a proven interest or experience in luxury property transactions
- Knowledge of Real Estate markets and practices, preferably within Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE region
- Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle client inquiries, and manage expectations professionally
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment, with strong time management, organization, and follow up skills
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, online property portals, and office applications)
- High level of integrity, presentable and professional demeanor, and a client centric mindset
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
- The agent will source and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present luxury real estate options that meet clients’ needs and investment goals.
- Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and submitting offers, and negotiating terms to close sales.
