Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high end residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, networking, and building long term client relationships
- Conduct property viewings, present and negotiate offers, prepare and manage documentation, and ensure smooth end to end transaction processes
- Liaise with developers, landlords, and investors; stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new projects
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with internal PSI teams to optimize listings, support marketing campaigns, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets in the luxury segment
Requirements
- Strong understanding or willingness to develop expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, especially within the UAE luxury market
- Knowledge or experience in Property Management and Facility Management
- Basic to advanced Finance skills, including understanding of investment returns, payment plans, and mortgage concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
- Proactive, target driven mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work on site across various property locations within Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Luxury Real Estate Executive (open to both freshers and experienced agents).
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high end residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, networking, and building long term client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings, present and negotiate offers, prepare and manage documentation, and ensure smooth end to end transaction processes.
- Liaise with developers, landlords, and investors; stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new projects.

Qualifications
