Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and advise clients on luxury residential and commercial properties
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, from initial consultation and property matching to negotiation, documentation support, and closing
- Maintain up to date property listings, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage), and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and market reports
- Build strong client relationships, stay informed on market trends, and represent PSI professionally at meetings, events, and site visits
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate Finance skills to discuss pricing, payment plans, return on investment, and other financial aspects with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship building skills, with a service oriented and results driven mindset
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple leads and tasks, and maintain accurate records using CRM and property listing tools
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Arabic, are an advantage)
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer focused roles is preferred; motivated freshers with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply

Role Description
- This full time, on site role as a Luxury Real Estate Executive is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on luxury residential and commercial properties.
- Responsibilities include managing the full sales and leasing cycle, from initial consultation and property matching to negotiation, documentation support, and closing.
- The Executive will maintain up to date property listings, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage), and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and market reports.
- The role also includes building strong client relationships, staying informed on market trends, and representing PSI professionally at meetings, events, and site visits.
Qualifications
