Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the full real estate cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing options in line with PSI’s portfolio
- Maintain up to date understanding of local market trends
- Prepare property proposals, manage listings, and coordinate with internal teams
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional advice on property values and investment opportunities
- Support clients through negotiations and documentation
- Contribute to sales targets and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Represent PSI at property events, open houses, and client meetings
Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Consulting skills to advise clients on market conditions, pricing, investment options
- Previous experience in real estate or property consulting in the UAE market is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an asset
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work collaboratively

Role Description
- Full time, on site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate
- Guide clients through the full real estate cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings
- Advise on buying, selling, and leasing options in line with PSI’s portfolio
Daily Responsibilities
