Requirements
- Experience as an Estate Agent or Property Listing Specialist in luxury or high end Residential Real Estate
- Strong Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related industries
- Solid Property Management understanding
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market, including luxury developments and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work on site
- Proficiency in real estate CRM systems, listing portals, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools

Role Description
- The Luxury Property Listing Agent (Experienced) role is a full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- The agent will focus on sourcing, listing, and managing high end residential properties, ensuring accurate and compelling listing content, professional photography coordination, and timely updates across platforms.
- Day to day tasks include conducting property inspections, maintaining strong relationships with property owners and developers, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with sales and leasing teams to maximize exposure and conversion.
- The role involves market research to stay informed on luxury real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitive offerings in Abu Dhabi and broader UAE markets.
- The agent is expected to uphold PSI’s service standards, provide exceptional client experience, and contribute to the company’s continuous growth and brand reputation in the luxury segment.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Estate Agent or Property Listing Specialist in luxury or high end Residential Real Estate.
- Strong Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related industries.
- Solid Property Management understanding, including coordination with owners, facilities teams, and service providers.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client queries professionally.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market, including luxury developments and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple listings, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM systems, listing portals, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
