- Manage end to end sales and leasing cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers
- Provide tailored property consultations and advise clients on market trends, legal procedures, and financing options
- Maintain an up to date portfolio of listings in coordination with internal teams
- Prepare and review documentation, ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and participate in promotional activities
Requirements
- Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Proficiency in real estate advisory and ability to analyze client needs
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic and/or a major European language and professional English
- High quality customer service skills
- Previous experience in UAE real estate or property consultancy preferred
- Comfort working with CRM systems and MS Office
- Proactive, target driven, and able to work independently

Role Description
- Support Arabic and European speaking clients by managing the end to end sales and leasing cycle.
- Prospect, qualify leads, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers.
- Provide tailored property consultations and advise on market trends, legal procedures, and financing options.
- Maintain an up to date portfolio of listings in coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications
