- Proficiency with CRM and digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to work on site in Abu Dhabi with flexible hours

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Luxury Off Plan Specialist – Russian/British Speaker. The role focuses on promoting and selling luxury off plan properties, primarily in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, to Russian and English speaking clients.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Conducting property presentations and site visits.
- Providing tailored investment advice on off plan projects.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through negotiation, documentation support, and closing.
- Maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM systems.
- Building long term client relationships.
- Staying updated on market trends and developer launches.
- Collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and business development teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian and professional proficiency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in luxury or off plan properties within the UAE market.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including lead qualification, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing.
- Good understanding of real estate investment concepts, UAE property regulations, and off plan purchase processes.
- Proficiency with CRM and digital tools for managing leads, preparing proposals, and reporting.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on site in Abu Dhabi, including flexibility to attend events and client meetings outside standard hours.
