Responsibilities
- Promote and sell luxury off plan properties in Abu Dhabi to European and Russian speaking investors and buyers
- Prospect and qualify leads, present off plan projects, conduct property tours, and provide tailored investment guidance
- Maintain up to date knowledge of UAE real estate market, project launches, payment plans, and legal requirements
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and listing teams to ensure accurate property information
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, support clients through reservation and documentation process
- Contribute to sales targets while representing PSI’s brand and service standards
Requirements
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one European language and/or Russian
- Client relationship and sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Basic to advanced understanding of real estate concepts, particularly off plan sales and UAE property market (training provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and ability to build trust with international clients
- High level of professionalism, personal presentation, and ethical conduct
- Comfort using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and basic office software
- Proactive mindset, resilience in a target driven environment

Role Description
- Focus on promoting and selling luxury off plan properties in Abu Dhabi to European and Russian speaking investors and buyers.
- Full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi involving daily client engagement in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
- Prospect and qualify leads, present off plan projects, conduct property tours, and provide tailored investment guidance.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of UAE real estate market, project launches, payment plans, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and listing teams to ensure accurate and timely property information.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, support clients through reservation and documentation process.

Qualifications

- Basic to advanced understanding of real estate concepts, particularly off plan sales, investment principles, and the UAE property market (training provided for fresh talent).

- High level of professionalism, personal presentation, and ethical conduct.
