- Advise high net worth and international clients on luxury off plan properties, explaining project details, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, conducting property presentations, organizing site visits, negotiating terms, and closing deals
- Maintain strong client relationships, follow up on leads, and respond to inquiries in multiple languages
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, listings, and mortgage services to optimize client offers
- Stay informed on market trends and new launches to contribute to revenue growth and brand reputation
Requirements
- Fluency in English plus at least one of: Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or a language spoken in Belgium (e.g., French or Dutch)
- Strong client facing skills with ability to build trust and long term partnerships
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in luxury real estate, property brokerage, investment advisory, or related client advisory role highly desirable
- Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation abilities with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with UAE real estate market, off plan property sales, and relevant regulations

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate for a Luxury Off Plan Client Advisor serving Belgium, Italian, Spanish, and Arabic speaking clients.
- Advise high net worth and international clients on luxury off plan properties, explaining project details, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Strong client facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Basic understanding of Insurance or related financial products.
- Fluency in English plus at least one of: Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or a language spoken in Belgium (e.g., French or Dutch); multiple language fluencies highly preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury real estate, property brokerage, investment advisory, or related client advisory role highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation abilities with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, off plan property sales, and relevant regulations.
